SUMMARY:LOCA's Annual Brunch ~ Artsgiving
DESCRIPTION:LOCA invites everyone to ArtsGiving\, its annual brunch\, art event\, and festive membership gathering. Party-goers will enjoy the rustic outdoor canyon setting\, mimosas\, and a scrumptious homemade brunch buffet. Tickets\, $30\, are on sale now at LOCAarts.org. \nEveryone attending – or not – may take part in an ArtsGiving Tree group art project. All who donate $50 now through September 25 will have their name added to a ceramic leaf. The leaves will appear on the centerpiece tree sculpture during the event\, and later gifted to each donor. \nDonate Here https://www.locaarts.org/sponsor-us/ \nLive music will be played by guitarist Dave Murdy\, and a fascinating paint-around will be performed by LOCA teachers Sandra Jones Campbell\, Hilary McCarthy\, and Elizabeth McGhee. Everyone will be invited to sign a giant thank you card to honoree Carla Meberg for her service as longtime President of LOCA. Other fun includes a bingo card game\, whereby everyone can fill in answers to LOCA trivia questions. One card will be drawn upon conclusion and the winner given a fabulous prize. \n“ArtsGiving is our board members way of giving thanks to our members for their support\,” said Rich Fair\, LOCA Vice President\, who will introduce LOCA’s amazing 2026 board of directors. Rounding out the party is an opportunity drawing and silent auction for goods and services from The Ranch\, Starfish Restaurant\, The Shoppes at Pottery Place\, downtown merchants\, and many more. \nLOCA Arts Education is a non-profit organization and all proceeds will support LOCA programs.
