Find more workshops and events at Art Escapes on the LOCA website\, and subscribe to LOCA’s eNewsletter https://www.locaarts.org/contact-us/ \n Everyone who likes art and surf culture will love meeting Mark Johnson\, master surfboard shaper. He will lead a slide presentation showing all the steps taken in designing\, building\, and shaping a surfboard. Materials\, samples and tools will be on display for visitors to enjoy. \nJohnson is celebrated for his exceptional craftsmanship and innovation with Hobie Surfboards\, one of the most iconic brands in surfing history. With a profound understanding of hydrodynamics and materials\, Johnson creates surfboards tailored to a wide variety of styles and conditions.
