Journaling with Water Color Pencils at Heisler Park with Hedy Buzan

Laguna Beach’s Heisler Park is filled with lovely plants, public art, and breathtaking vistas. Come explore this special place with fun and easy watercolor pencils.

Laguna native Hedy Buźan  will guide you through a variety of quick sketch techniques. Each participant will receive a small journal, a set of watercolor pencils, a brush and a water container to use that day as well as a list of more ideas to take home for more journaling adventures.

Beginners are welcome.  Please meet at the ‘south’ end of the lawn bowling courts near the intersection of Myrtle St. and Cliff Drive. Wear comfortable clothes, a hat and/or sunscreen. A portable stool or chair is not necessary but might come in handy.
