LOCA at First Thursdays Art Walk ~ “Ocean, Beach, and Blue”

Art lovers are invited to wear blue to an Art Start reception on Thursday March 5, 5:00-7:00pm at Hotel Laguna, downtown Laguna Beach. The exhibit, organized by LOCA Arts Education in collaboration with First Thursdays Art Walk, is themed “Ocean, Beach, and Blue”.
The splashy display will offer paintings by Sandra Jones Campbell, Elizabeth McGhee, and Lisa Rainey, and sculptures by Casey Parlette. Beach lovers will flip over a sale of LOCA greeting cards, each hand-painted with lively drips and splatters. All buyers will qualify for a drawing to win a LOCA membership.
Everyone who wears blue may pose for fun photos. Enjoy live music – beer and wine will be available for purchase. Afterward, all may proceed to galleries open until 9:00pm throughout the city. Art Start is free, no registration required. Greeting card six-packs are $40, cash is suggested, proceeds support LOCA Arts Education.
